Fresher Business Consultant

Take other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Analyze GAP, Change request and other Enhancement request from the Client;
Learn and practice the Treasury system
Work in Treasury banking project;
Collect information, work both independently and collaboratively with other teams to clarify the business requirements and ensure the feasibility of the solution before giving announcement to the Client;
Take the responsibility of supporting/backing- up other members in the team;

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Investment or a related discipline;
Ability to explain technical processes to business stakeholders;
Knowledge of Treasury is a plus;
Ability to work independently and teamwork;
Experience in using business analysis or project management tools is a plus;
Structured thought process, good analytical & critical thinking a goal- oriented attitude and problem- solving skills;
Solid computer skills, especially Word and Excel;
Work with open minded, dedication and enthusiasm;
Ability to work under high pressure;
Fluent in English (4 skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking);
Capable of working with different products and projects;
Thrives working in a fast- paced and agile environment;
Preferably with experience in Domain Banking, Finance or related ones;..
