Fresher Flutter Developer

Report progress to the team leader and proactively raise issues to ensure project timelines.
Participate in the development and maintenance of Mobile/Web applications using Flutter.
Take part in code reviews and technical discussions when needed.
Write clean, maintainable, and well- structured code following the team’s coding conventions.
Collaborate with the team to implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize app performance.

Required:
Flutter & Dart:
Familiar with state management tools like flutter_bloc or similar.
Solid understanding of Widget, Stateful/Stateless Widgets, and Widget Tree structure.
Ability to build responsive UI layouts for multiple screen sizes.
Mobile Knowledge & Architecture:
Experience using Dependency Injection with GetIt and Injectable.
Basic knowledge of app navigation (Navigator 1.0/2.0).
Familiarity with Clean Architecture, MVVM, and SOLID principles.
Understanding of app lifecycle and Flutter Widget lifecycle.
Data Handling & Networking:
Hands- on experience with Dio HTTP client.
Knowledge of local storage solutions like SharedPreferences, Hive, or basic SQLite.
Able to integrate and process data from RESTful APIs and work with JSON.
Tools & Build:
Basic understanding of Gradle and Xcode build systems.
Proficient with Git for source code management.
Experience using Flutter DevTools for UI and performance debugging.
Familiar with FVM (Flutter Version Management).
Programming Fundamentals:
Honest and responsible: do not implement critical changes without prior team discussion.
Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team- oriented environment.
Basic experience with Backend using Python.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Solid grasp of OOP, Clean Code principles, and logical thinking.
Familiar with asynchronous programming: async/await, Future, and Stream.
Preferred:Personal projects or internships related to Flutter Mobile App development.
Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is a big plus.
Soft SkillsGood communication skills with team members and the leader.
