When you work with a chatbot, you can ask almost everything coming up from your mind under the situation you’re in. In a conversational pattern, the chatbot can answer anything which has been trained it up.
As CAD at VinBigData, you work with the development team, as well as BA / QC to develop a set of conversational requirements for our product development. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast paced AI- enabled environment. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the clients.
We develop an in- depth voicebot application (named “ViVi) for VinFast electric vehicle, that can leverage the power of Generative AI & Deep Learning to enable human- like conversations between drivers and ViVi.
When you work on integrated systems in enterprises to design & develop such bots (chatbots, voicebots, callbots), it’s so- called “virtual assistant” in general, as a conversational AI designer, you’re responsible for the entire user experience of the bot. You define the bot’s purpose, design its user experience and content strategy, create a conversational flow, and test & iterate on it until everything works perfectly.
Responsibilities
Assist BA/PM on other areas supporting for development & delivery process
Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, bot design, and implementation
Design interaction flows across a variety of usability contexts and device types using VinBase platform.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager, Project Manager
Transfer knowledge to development team
Handle various alternative flows, exceptions ensuring the bot works properly and consistently.
Gather and refine requirements for chatbot and virtual assisant through Q&A sheets and meetings with stakeholders.
Unit test before releasing using Postman or any tools developed by the team.
Study user and system requirements from our BA and stakeholders
Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with the team
Assist BA to define user requirements and suggest ideas
Create conversation flow using Draw .io and Figma.
