Fresher QA/ Manual Tester

- Identify software defects and analyze the quality of projects and raise issues of quality with PM/QA Manager.
- Report results to the QA Leader/QA Manager.
- Document and report audit findings, quality issues to Manager.
- Design and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Write test plans from the requirements, specifications and test strategies.
- Monitor and improve product quality of projects.
- Perform audit sessions based on materials, in- process production to evaluate project health.
- Create and perform test scenarios whenever it is necessary to fit in the project planning.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Be analytical and methodical.
- At least 1 year experience of software testing.
- Effective communication, debate and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good knowledge of web/mobile software development processes, familiarity with Agile/SCRUM is a plus.
- Be good at English speaking and writing.
- Experience with automation testing is given priority.
- Have a passion for the Quality Assurance process and standardizing procedures.
