Other assigned tasks.
Involved in contract, invoice, bill, and payment processing.
Communicate with clients, and collect and analyze all requirements and information.
Involve in the welcome process when a client visits.
Support the development team to communicate with the client if necessary
Follow the lead generation process, and convert potential customers to our clients.

Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google skills.
Presentation skill
JLPT N2 +; native speaking is additional.
Excellent writing skills and willingness to use them.
Ability to self- motivate and work independently. Motivational. Creative. Persuasiveness. Willingness to experiment.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
