Monitor and review guest feedback
Manage reservations and room availability
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Respond to guest&039;s inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints
Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
Train and coach front desk staff
Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes
Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check- ins, check- outs, and guest requests
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Working knowledge of hotel management systems
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service role
