Mô tả công việc

• Follow the company&039;s brand standards and code of business conduct.
• Complete guest registration responsibilities including check in and check out.
• Assist with on- boarding and training of new hires.
• Stand for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee for cleanliness, organization and housekeeping/maintenance standards.
• Use professional and polished language in all written and oral communication.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Attend necessary training sessions as required by a training manager in accordance with any training plans.
• Respond and resolve any guest complaints. Escalate to manager if necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel amenities.
• Assist with any guest requests while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Lead with passion and enthusiasm with a commitment to excellence and a creative approach.
• Train and coach Front Desk Clerks to their enhance service in accordance with L7 hotels standards
• Dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
• Ensure all necessary information is obtained upon check- in, following hotel credit procedures.
• Be familiar with all vouchers and group billing procedures.
• Adhere to hotel grooming standards at all times.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Ensure the implementation of the highest standards in guest service, constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits.
• Maintain proper posture while at the desk and work area.
• Enroll guests in the LHR(Lotte Hotel Rewards) Program.
• Support Front Desk Clerks with daily responsibilities to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide any other duties and services as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
• Pursue the operational goal by carrying out all assignments tasked by a senior employee.
• Enter and locate work- related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
• Keep informed of the company&039;s values and ideal conduct. Act accordingly.
• Readily accept comments and criticism from guests.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
• Previous experience with Opera preferred.
• Experience: Experience in guest services or hotel rooms management preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of a second language preferred.
