Front End Developer (ReactJS) - Up to 1700$

About us
We are an experienced team having worked together for years. We have two key software projects that our teams work on: ; a leading tool for financial advisers in NZ with strong growth, and ; an innovative startup focused on transforming how users report software issues. While our primary focus is on Dummi, outstanding candidates may be considered for both projects.

If you join with us you will be
We are seeking a senior front end developer to join our team. You will work closely with our product team, and existing front end and back end developers in Hanoi and in Auckland. And will be involved in working on exciting new projects, leading and mentoring the junior front end developers alongside our other senior staff, and being involved in product discussions and decision making about how the business will move forward.

Implementing new features and improvements within our current products and building new products from the ground up as part of a team.
Helping to lead the front end team, being responsible with the other senior developers to set the standards, tools and processes, as well as providing mentorship to the wider team.
Working with the product team as part of planning and validating ideas to ensure they are feasible and valuable

Requirements
An ideal candidate will:

Work well as part of a team, and able to work with a team across time zones
Proactive communicator who will raise challenges or concerns with their team
Be a self starter, able to take the initiative and work on valuable tasks autonomously
Proficient with using IDEs such as VS or VSCode
Proficient with React JS
Have at least 5 years experience as a front end developer
Be fluent in both spoken and written English
