Front-End Focused FullStack Dev React/Typescript

• Lead front- end development using React and TypeScript, with growing involvement in back- end development using Java and Spring Boot
• Strong collaboration with the team. Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.
• Troubleshoot the overall application with an accurate resolution.
• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.
• Integration, testing, and quality assurance
• Structured and logical thinking, attention to detail, used to work in a time- critical development environment.
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
• Employee may be called upon at any time to carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company and its sole discretion.
• Complying with the production and business orders, internal labor disciplines, and occupational safety regulations.

Required:

5+ years of professional experience in software development
3+ years of hands- on front- end development experience with React
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Solid experience working with RESTful APIs
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with a willingness to grow back- end skills
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Bachelor&039;s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
A proactive, collaborative mindset- you share ideas, mentor others, and contribute to team success

Nice to have:

Familiarity with message queues (e.g., ActiveMQ), microservices, and Docker
Exposure to software architecture design
Experience using AI tools to improve coding efficiency or problem- solving
Enjoyment of mentoring, pair programming, or knowledge sharing within the team
