Front Office - Concierge Trainee - Thực tập sinh Hỗ trợ khách hàng

Liaise with and support the Navigator Section and the Front Desk section to introducing attractions in downtown Ho Chi Minh City;
Observe and anticipate the guests&039; needs and requirements actively. Offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other colleagues;
Welcome and greet our beloved guests courteously and wholeheartedly;
Prompt delivery of messages, packages and mail to the guests.
Deliver and unload guests&039; luggages on time;
Be responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the driveway, ashtrays in the lobby and the storage room;

Experience in F&B is a plus
Appropriate English and Vietnamese communications
Customer service oriented
Higher chances for male candidates
Internship period:3- 6 months
Detail oriented, organized and pro- active
