Front Office Staff - Cashier (Ticket Box Cashier)

Be responsible for process of ticket booking on system

Ensure the accuracy of channel/ unit/ policy of bookings
Input all required information on system (Tickets series, payment terms, applied policies…)

* Manage and ensure the accuracy of Ticket Box daily income

Ensure the accuracy of all amount collected from customers
Manage the cash flow of the counter
Ensure all the cashier related kits are ready for usage

*Conduct the related reports

Other ticket box reports or upon requested
Tracking Revenue file
Daily sales revenue report

* Support activities related to the show at the Venue in the effort to maximize the happiness of customers and the branding of company’s products
* Support other channels for Ticket Booking and Ticket Delivery
* Manage/Support check- in counter for the Show Dates and control audience’s situation inside the auditorium
Others (20%):
* Support OPD on show dates when possible: Be responsible for the operations during show time in the effort to ensure audiences to have good experience during the time at the venue on show dates while respecting theater and the show’s regulations:
* Support Ticketing Agents in sales process when possible: Approach guests and introduce the shows

Filter, assist audience to get line
Giving common instructions to audiences
Control Theatre’s policy
Escort audiences to their seats (if any)
Set- up before show – branding & cleanliness
Ticket control

Having friendly and professional attitude
College/ University in related majors: Accounting, Hospitality, Language, BA…
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team
Good at Communication/ negotiation and convincing skills
Administrative skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Abilities to perform and complete tasks under high pressure
Planning and organizing skills
Be able to gather and analyze data effectively

Fiscal- year- end bonus based on company performance
