Front Office Supervior

Monitor front desk activities and provide coaching/feedback to staff
Manage the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Handle escalated guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Oversee the check- in/check- out process, room assignments, and guest account management
Perform front desk duties as needed, such as checking guests in/out and handling payments
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador
Analyze front desk metrics and reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, sales, etc.) to coordinate guest services
Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and legal/regulatory requirements
Assist with the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures

Excellent customer service orientation and problem- solving abilities
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, best practices, and trends
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and sales
Proficient in hotel property management systems and computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
2- 3 years of front desk or guest services experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
