About the Role
This role requires a balance of strong coding skills, a keen eye for UI/UX, and effective collaboration with cross- functional teams.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid- Level Frontend Developer to join our team. You will take ownership of frontend features, contribute to architectural decisions, and help deliver modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel- perfect and responsive designs
Integrate APIs and manage application state (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, or React Context)
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies to continuously develop and support new, challenging projects in the future
Build, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
Implement clean, reusable, and testable UI components
Contribute to technical planning, architecture, and process improvements
Debug issues across browsers and devices; ensure performance and accessibility standards
Requirements
Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with tools like Git, npm/yarn, Webpack, or Vite
Experience with Server- Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API routes in Next.js
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform peer reviews
Excellent problem- solving abilities
Familiarity with the full web application lifecycle
3+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS
Nice to Have
Experience with styling tools like styled- components, emotion, or plain CSS
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Vercel, Netlify, or Docker
Understanding of Micro- Frontend Architecture
Knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization in Next.js
