Frontend Engineer (ReactJS, Redux, React Native)

As a key part of the Digital Delivery Services Team, you will be directly working with our NZ based project team to fulfil their digital delivery needs. Together with our clients you will take the digital capability and experiences to new heights. You take ownership of what you build, and work collaboratively with different teams on a wide range of products.You take pride in the services we provide.

Participating in our culture of improvement by joining code review meetings, writing technical documentation, and reviewing PRs for your teammates.
Creating reusable and testable code
Identifying problem areas and continuously improve- both in process and in code
Championing the experience and security of our users
End- to- end product development; from planning to coding and regular deployments
Interfacing with Product team and providing insightful feedback
Driving initiatives to improve the reliability and scalability of the platform.

Proven ability to scale solutions
You are familiar with the concept of CI/CD and cloud deployment technologies.
Prior experience with enterprise mobile and web applications is a must have.
You have 4+ years&039; experience in software development, with production experience in front- end frameworks such as React, Redux, React Native.
Great communications skills (in English) at both technical and non- technical levels.
You pride yourself on your attention to detail and consistency of implementation
You are familiar with architecture styles/APIs (RESTful, RPC)
You are comfortable working in a team where code quality and code reviews are prioritised.
You have knowledge of Typescript, ES6 along with HTML5/CSS3/SCSS.

Preferred (nice to have) experience

You are familiar with Gradle, XCode, and other native build tools
Experience with front- end JS testing tools and a comprehensive understanding of UI testing techniques
