Frontend Techlead (English Fluent)

Utilize your expertise to help review business requirements, design and implement solution with architectural guidelines in mind (secure, high- performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple)
Lead/mentor/coach developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit test, test and deployment
Identify new technologies to lift up development practices
Pro- actively provide recommendation of innovative solutions to clients’ projects
Directly interview and work with foreign customers

Strong leadership skills, team collaboration, and problem- solving abilities
Strong communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
Strong experience building web applications on frameworks and libraries such as ReactJS, VueJS or Angular/AngularJS
Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS, Critical), Javascript
Fluent English (both written and verbal) to effectively work in an international environment
Experience with back- end frameworks like Django, NodeJS, etc
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (webs, web- apps, applications,..)

Nice to have

Can suggest good ideas/creative solutions to improve company‘s projects even if there is no problem at all
Proficiency in drawing C4 models, UML, and detailed system models is a plus
In- depth understanding of deploying large systems, Distributed Systems, Microservices, Cloud, K8S,..
Ability to receive inquiries directly from clients, then analyze and discuss among stakeholders for clarification
Experience in integrating multiple systems using different standards, ESB, WSO2, etc., is preferred
Experience in designing systems on Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or On- premise for various systems

Working hours: From Monday to Friday (8 hours/day), flexible check- in from 8:00- 8:30 AM
