We are looking for a Full- stack Developer — a mid- level Digital Consultant who can own technical modules, mentor junior colleagues, and support the delivery of innovative software systems. We are particularly excited about AI tools and workflow/agent- based automation to raise quality and efficiency in our delivery process—so if you’re passionate about that, we want to hear from you.
Tasks
As a Digital Consultant at ITGRATE, you will:
- Contribute to architectural decisions and internal tooling discussions.
- Investigate and solve bugs and performance issues across environments.
- Take technical ownership of features and software components in mobile or web projects.
- Help explore and integrate AI tools, workflows, and automation agents into project delivery.
- Work with cross- functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps).
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
- Develop and maintain apps and backend systems using best practices and modern tools.
- Engage with clients and project managers in English and/or Vietnamese.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands object- oriented programming principles deeply.
- Is curious and open to new technologies such as AI agents, cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
- Specializes in one of the following technologies: Flutter, Native Android (Kotlin/Java), Native iOS (Swift/Objective- C)
- Communicates clearly in both English and Vietnamese; German is a bonus.
- Works proactively, takes initiative, and is a reliable team player.
- Has 3–5 years of experience in mobile or software development.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with cloud- native platforms or containerized deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker).
- Have knowledge of process automation, data pipelines, or AI toolchains.
- Have worked in consulting or client- facing roles.
- Have contributed to open- source or side projects.
