Full-Stack Developer NodeJS/Java, ReactJS/Wijmo

Develop and implement web applications, writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code on both frontend and backend.
Apply AI- powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to increase coding efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (PM, QA, UI/UX) to deliver high- quality products on time.
Develop features for HRM platforms such as employee management, payroll, attendance, and recruitment modules.
Manage and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and security.
Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
Implement security and data protection practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Design, build, and integrate APIs to support product features.

Technical Skills:

Proactive, willing- to- do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
1–3 years of experience as a Full- Stack Developer.
Knowledge of unit testing and debugging practices.
Hands- on experience with Git (version control).
Backend: Proficiency in NodeJS or Java.
Familiar with RESTful APIs and web application architecture.
Frontend: Experience with ReactJS or Wijmo.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
Hands- on experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs

Soft Skills:

Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills (English reading/writing preferred).
Eager to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.

Additional Requirement:

Experience using AI- assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) in the development process.
