Full Stack Developer NodeJS, Python, Rust, Bot

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to design and build systems integrations. You will work on platform and blockchain integrations , and high- performance backend services that support system connectivity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of software engineering, trading, and blockchain.

Develop order management systems and market- making systems
Design and implement low- latency trading systems and tools.
Build and maintain integrations between multiple platforms.
Implement risk management controls and real- time monitoring systems.

Proficiency with SQL and time- series databases for market data management
Demonstrated ability in low- latency systems design and performance tuning
Advanced Linux/CLI skills and command- line fluency
Hands- on experience with blockchain infrastructure including working with RPCs and node operations
Proven expertise in exchange/API integration using REST/WebSocket for both CEX and DEX platforms
Strong understanding of trading fundamentals: order books, arbitrage strategies, and market- making algorithms
5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Rust

Familiar with DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Curve, Raydium, Balancer, etc.)
Production- grade monitoring, alerting, and incident response experience
Frontend development skills for building trading dashboards and monitoring UIs
Knowledge of risk control systems including position limits, validation, and stop- loss mechanisms
Proficiency in containerization and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
Experience building data ingestion tools (scrapers, crawlers, market data feed handlers)
Experience with cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean
Understanding of MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) concepts and mitigation strategies

High- frequency trading (HFT) environment experience.
Smart contract development experience on Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain platforms
Knowledge of cross- chain arbitrage mechanics and bridge protocols
AI/ML experience for predictive trading signals.
Trading engine experience.
Strong mathematical background (Math Olympiad, quantitative finance, or similar)
DEX market- making and liquidity provision experience
Active contributions to DeFi protocols or open- source trading bot projects.
Gas optimization techniques for smart contract interactions
