Because our organization such as System Engineer, Offshore, R&D, Service Development, Mobile, Infra is a matrix organization, the salary is decided by the managers but the bonus is decided by the project leader.
Currently, we have 6 managers and 10 projects so the managers and the project leaders are duplicated.
Leader position salary: 1,500 ~ 1,800$
Member position: 900 ~ 1,400$
- 3 times Bonus per year: Spring, Summer and Winter.
a. In 2020 Spring bonus is around1,000,000,000VND divided into around 25 staffs
b. A leader has an authority the amount of the bonus and shares it with your members so that you will decide your bonus by yourself.
- More holiday: Vietnamese holiday + Golden week (May), Obon (Aug), Year-end (Dec/Jan)
- Company Trip: Go abroad/domestic (2 times Thailand, 1 time Vietnam, 1 time Malaysia)
