Keep up with industry trends to generate ideas for new features, products, or improvements.
Communicate clearly and constructively with colleagues, leaders, and stakeholders.
Provide feedback to team members to help improve their performance.
Take part in roadmap planning and risk management processes.
Participate in defining and implementing Non- Functional Requirements (e.g., performance, security, reliability, maintainability).
Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Respond promptly to any incidents and ensure effective resolution.
Take ownership of team outcomes and assist team members in achieving shared goals.
Contribute to Quality Assurance by applying sound processes, tools, and best practices.
Develop and test new features and resolve issues from the product backlog.
Support technical leaders in shaping and refining the technical backlog.

Requirements

Willingness to learn new technologies and embrace a product- oriented mindset.
Understanding of and can work with RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of programming principles and design patterns.
Ability to write clean, well- documented code and follow best practices; experienced with various testing types including unit, integration, user acceptance, and automated regression testing.
Experience in front- end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Next.js or React.js.
Proficiency in both relational (e.g., SQL) and non- relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
Backend development experience using Node.js and TypeScript, particularly with the Nest.js framework.

Nice to Have

Experience working within Agile development teams.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Hands- on experience with cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with Docker.
