About the Role
You’ll work across both new features and existing codebases — enhancing, adapting, and building within defined standards and boilerplate structures.
We&039;re looking for a full- stack developer with a strong frontend focus to join the DISION TECH team. We believe in "vibe coding" – not as a shortcut using AI tools blindly, but as a professional, creative process where developers know how to leverage AI (like ChatGPT or Copilot) effectively to speed up development while maintaining code quality, clarity, and consistency.
This position operates on a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model. You have two options for your work environment:
Work directly on your host OS: This mode requires the use of a company security agent to get access to our cloud environment.
Work inside our company- provided VM: The development environment is fully contained, and our security agent is an integrated part of the VM.
Acceptance of one of these two modes is a mandatory condition of employment.
Responsibilities
Work within existing templates and project structures, not just from scratch
Ensure code is clean, consistent, and aligned with project standards
Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
Integrate APIs and ensure responsive, cross- device functionality
Collaborate with global teams to deliver high- quality, maintainable solutions
Apply AI- assisted coding (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) professionally, not blindly
Requirements
Fluent English communication (written and spoken) – required for all roles.
Python is expected as a base skill – no points awarded, but we assume you have it.
Confident in vibe coding — especially when working with existing codebases
Comfortable with rules, coding standards, and structured workflows
Ability to prototype in Node.js/Express.js
Understanding of modern frontend architecture and UX/UI practices
Must use a personal device for development capable of running our VM smoothly. Appropriate hardware is essential.
Strong experience with React and Next.js
