WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
Internal ERP System Development
Develop REST APIs for core functions: Accounting, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Production.
Write clear, maintainable documentation for system usage and deployment.
Design and build modular backend architecture using Python (Django or Flask).
Ensure data integrity, performance, and security of the platform.
Lead the migration from our third- party ERP to a custom in- house solution.
Web Development & Internal Tools
Build and maintain our public- facing company website and internal management portals.
Work closely with CEO and leadership on web- based initiatives and special digital projects.
IT Support & Infrastructure
Monitor basic networking infrastructure and help manage digital assets.
Provide internal IT support for office and factory staff: hardware/software troubleshooting, printer setup, account configuration.
Support onboarding/offboarding of employees in terms of devices and IT accounts.
Cross- Departmental Collaboration
Work with departments like HR, Finance, and Production to understand their processes and design digital solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
IT Support Foundation: Proven ability to provide end- user IT support and effectively troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems.
Excellent English: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential for collaborating with our teams and foreign partners.
Database & Cloud: Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience deploying applications on a cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform is a plus).
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with +4 years of hands- on experience in a Fullstack or generalist IT role.
Fullstack Skills: Solid experience with frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of a modern framework like React or Vue.js is a strong advantage.
Business Acumen: A good understanding of ERP concepts and business logic is highly desirable.
Python Expert: Strong, proven expertise in Python and at least one major backend framework (Django or Flask).
Attitude: A proactive, self- motivated problem- solver who can manage diverse tasks and work independently.
