Responsibilities

Architect and build sophisticated frontend applications and websites.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Manage the deployment of web applications to production environments.
Drive team performance using scrum methodology, ensuring efficient task implementation and reporting.
Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of high- quality web applications and platforms.
Collaborate with our team of scientists to translate application logic into robust UI/UX designs alongside our designers.
Oversee multiple project developments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
Ability to lead and guide teams through the development and implementation of multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing high- performing development teams.
Strong experience with AWS/cloud services and adept at deploying complex projects.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
At least 3 years of hands- on experience with React and 1 year with Node.js or Python in backend development.
Must be a quick learner, adaptable and possess a &039;can- do&039; attitude towards tackling technical challenges.
Proficient in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
