Full Stack Team Leader (Python)

We need you to be a significant part of our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the full technical life- cycle of the projects during the development phase: break down the work into smaller tasks and assignment, provide time estimation and manage workload of the team, set timelines, oversee project progress
Manage in Python/Django, container technology (Docker), ORM libraries, PostgreSQL, 100% cloud based, micro service architecture; including: integration of UI with server- side logic; implementation of security and data protection; integration of data storage solutions
Collaborate with team members and provide technical insight as needed, to drive the team for consistently reusable, testable, and efficient code; low- latency, high- availability, and performant applications
Manage our full stack dev team, 5+ developers
Other duties assigned by our CTO
Perform individual project components within the entire development life cycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Able to work and deliver under pressure and within deadlines
Advanced programming skills in Object- Oriented Python Development
5+ years as a web developer
Experienced in working for a Fintech industry is an advantage.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools. Understanding of Git branching models such as Git Flow and comfortable doing code reviews
Strong problem- solving skills, creativity, and appetite to learn
Good understanding of front- end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Advanced English and good communication skills
5+ years managing tech teams
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
Advanced database skills to create schemas that represent and support business processes
