Key Responsibilities
Epsilon Labs VN, specializes in developing and implementing cutting- edge ERP and CRM solutions. We create innovative enterprise software solutions that help businesses streamline their operations and enhance customer relationships.
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to lead our development initiatives in building scalable microservices- based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Python backend development and modern frontend technologies, with a focus on building high- performance, distributed systems.

Implement secure communication between distributed services
Architect and implement microservices- based solutions
Ensure code quality and implementation of best practices
Optimize application performance and implement caching strategies
Lead the design and development of high- performance APIs using FastAPI
Design and maintain database schemas and data models

Required Qualifications

Have at least 3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong problem- solving and system design skills
Proven experience with microservices architecture using FastAPI
Deep understanding of async programming in Python
Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js development
Experience with container orchestration and cloud deployments
Track record of developing complex client portals and enterprise solutions

Backend Development

Strong expertise in Python- based microservices architecture
Extensive experience with FastAPI and its key features:
API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger
Asynchronous programming using async/await
High- performance request handling
Proficiency in database technologies:
SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL
NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis
Experience with message queues and caching:
CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)

Frontend Development

Experience building complex client portals and dashboards
Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
Expertise in server- side rendering and static site generation with Next.js
Strong experience with modern frontend architectures and state management

Interview Process: Our interview process consists of two rounds, Round 01 (Online) and Round 2 (Offline)
