Fullstack Developer Backend-Focused NodeJS/Python

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer with a strong backend orientation to join our growing engineering team. In this hands- on role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems while collaborating on fullstack features as needed. Your expertise in Google Cloud services, APIs, and modern backend development tools will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Google AppScript and Python.
Design and optimize databases, focusing on performance and scalability using PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.

Cloud Integration:

Implement and manage serverless functions, cloud workflows, and API gateways efficiently.
Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), integrating Google APIs to enhance application functionality.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with front- end developers and product teams to seamlessly integrate backend logic with user- facing features.
Occasionally assist with front- end updates using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure cohesive application functionality.

Version Control and CI/CD:

Write and maintain clear technical documentation to support code and processes.
Contribute to version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, ensuring high- quality code delivery.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience as a Fullstack or Backend Developer.

Technical Proficiency:

Solid experience with SQL and at least one database system, preferably PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Proficiency in Node.js and/or Python.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and security best practices.

Cloud Skills:

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform and Google APIs.

Version Control:

Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflows and code collaboration.

Frontend Skills:

Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend integration.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem- solving and debugging skills.
Effective communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
Prior work on scalable or serverless cloud architectures
Exposure to NoSQL and data modeling best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).
