Fullstack Developer (EN Optional)

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and related frameworks.
Stay up- to- date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
Design and implement scalable frontend components using React.js and other modern frontend technologies.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in English, with proficiency being considered an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven experience working as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with React.js or Node.js, demonstrating proficiency in either frontend or backend development.
Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js, along with a solid understanding of related frameworks such as Express.js and Next.js.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Candidates without English proficiency will be provided with training opportunities.
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.
