We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Middle- Senior) to join our high- impact SWAT team, agile unit tasked with building and shipping products at speed.
In this role, your mission is simple: deliver functional, reliable products as fast as possible. You will work closely with the Product Owner/ BOD to quickly translate ideas and business requirements into working products with minimal overhead. This role demands someone who is highly adaptable, focused on outcomes, and technically strong in both backend and frontend development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build end- to- end features using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) with speed and quality.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve products post- launch.
Translate rough product ideas into working MVPs with minimal supervision.
Collaborate cross- functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to move fast.
Make quick, pragmatic decisions to keep momentum without sacrificing quality.
Prioritize tasks, eliminate blockers, and keep focused on delivery goals.
Own the full development cycle – from idea to deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Clear communicator, self- motivated, and accountable for end results.
Web3 EVM and Solana knowledge is a plus.
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of shipping real products.
Strong understanding of system design, REST APIs, and databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Experience working with AWS cloud services for deployment, infrastructure, and scalability.
Able to work independently in fast- paced, ambiguous environments.
Fast learner who can quickly pick up new tools or tech when needed.
Highly pragmatic mindset – you care about outcomes, not just clean code.
