Fullstack Developer Python/JavaScript

Develop and integrate REST APIs for modern web applications

4–5 years of hands- on fullstack software development experience, especially in:○ Python (Flask, FastAPI)○ JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React, Next.js)
Practical experience working with vector search technologies, particularly Convex&039;s vector capabilities, for both backend and frontend applications.
Experience with Pimcore or other Product Information Management (PIM) systems is an advantage.
6+ months of experience with Prompt Engineering and AI coding accelerators (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, V0, Bolt) to boost coding productivity.

Technical Skills

Experience with Docker for containerized fullstack development (preferred).
Skilled in Next.js for building high- performance, server- rendered web applications.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns across both backend and frontend architectures.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit- learn (preferred).
Practical experience in developing and integrating AI- enhanced features into production applications (e.g., AI search, AI assistants).
Deployment experience using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure — bonus) andserverless environments (Vercel, Convex).
Strong expertise in REST API development and integration, including:○ Backend: Building scalable APIs with Flask and FastAPI.○ Frontend: Integrating APIs into modern React/Next.js applications.

Soft Skills

Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, product teams, designers, and business stakeholders.
Strong problem- solving mindset across the full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).
Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well- documented code for both frontend and backend projects.

Plenty of learning and training during office hours
Remote working, hence no need to commute to work daily. Great for applicants in smaller towns or cities.
The first month&039;s salary is 30 million VND. And will be reviewed for an increase from the second month.
5 days working per week but in blocks of 5 days when necessary, which means up to 2 weekends may be spent working. Your manager is empowered to grant you extra vacation.
Teamwork is expected and it is the way we work. Managers will guide and interact with you closely.
