Collaborate closely with founders and cross- functional teams to shape the product vision, define priorities, and execute on a bold roadmap.
Take full ownership of features — from early concept and technical design to production deployment and performance tuning.
Develop and ship high- quality web applications using Next.js, bringing Figma designs to life with precision and responsiveness.
Build and maintain scalable back- end systems with NestJS, while occasionally contributing to React- based features.
Leverage AI in real- world applications — from streamlining your own development workflow, to building customer- facing AI features, to designing intelligent systems that drive business value.
Play a foundational role in growing the engineering team by helping with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring fellow developers.
Architect and optimize robust, high- performance APIs powering our web app, browser extensions, and future platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Proficient with PostgreSQL and designing data models that support intelligent applications.
Solid understanding of modern backend architecture, including dependency injection, modular design, and scalable systems.
Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.
Familiarity with AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and using LLMs to solve real- world problems.
3+ years of hands- on experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js, with a strong track record of delivering high- quality, production- ready applications.
Comfortable using Git and best practices for version control, code reviews, and team collaboration.
Self- driven and proactive, with a startup mindset — ready to take ownership, move fast, and learn continuously.
Experience integrating or building with AI frameworks such as LangGraphJS, LangChain, or similar — especially in areas like AI agents, multi- agent systems, or memory- augmented architectures (MCP, RAG, etc.).
Strong communicator who can write clear specs, contribute thoughtful code reviews, and maintain clean, maintainable code.
