Fullstack Developer Web Portal

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our CubiCasa Web Portal team. Our team is responsible for building our customer facing web portal, Integrate API and internal APIs for our iOS and Android mobile apps. Together the team designs and implements new features and improvements with the aim to provide the state of the art products in the proptech space. You’d join a small team with one full stack developer and one front end developer. This means that your responsibilities would have an immediate impact on CubiCasa’s future.

Design and develop backend services using Python with Flask/ FastAPI to support scalable web applications.
Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Work with PostgreSQL and Redis to manage and optimize data storage solutions.
Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Vue.js (Vue 3) or similar frontend frameworks such as React.js.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high- quality software solutions.

At least 3 years of experience in software development, working on both frontend and backend technologies.
Frontend:

✅ Proficiency with Vue.js (Vue 3) or similar frameworks like React.js. ✅ Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
✅ Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers.

Backend:

✅ Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data management.
✅ Familiarity with Docker containers for application scalability.
✅Proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI, or experience with an alternative modern backend language (e.g., Node.js, Go) and its relevant web frameworks.
✅ Experience with AWS cloud services for deployment and hosting.
✅ Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services. Database & Infrastructure.

Communication and soft skills:

✅ English skill is required.
✅ Problem solving and independently working ability Nice- to- Have Skills.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Understanding of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Experience with GraphQL and modern API design.
