Fullstack Engineer (Golang)

Description
We are looking for a great developer who is proficient with Golang to join our startup company responsible for building Gapo- Digital Workplace SaaS Application. Your primary focus will be on developing backend APIs for clients and implementing them in an efficient way. You will ensure that these APIs and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will both coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure and work as a personal contributor. Therefore, a commitment to problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Responsibilities:
● Translate specs into functional APIs.
● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
● Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
● Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
● Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
● Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
● Maintain Web application (both backend and templated frontend).

Requirements
● Familiarity with build tools.
● Basic understanding of web security.
● Knowledge of concurrency patterns.
● Familiarity with messaging queues, databases, caches.
● Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
● A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
● Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
● Ability to write clean, reusable code.
● 3+ years experience.
● Solid understanding of functional programming, OOP, POP.
● Provable proficiency in Golang, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
● Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
● Understanding of application level networking protocols: RESTful APIs, socket, SSE, RPC.
● Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or similar.
