We are seeking an experienced talent to join our dynamic team in the cutting- edge HTML5 game development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading game development teams, architecting innovative gaming solutions, and delivering high- quality, engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our game infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership and vision for the company&039;s game development projects.
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs.
Team Management:
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
Recruit, hire, and mentor a talented team of developers.
Project Management:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., art, design, marketing) to ensure successful project outcomes.
Plan and manage game development projects from conception to launch.
Technical Architecture:
Optimize game performance and address technical challenges.
Design and implement scalable and efficient backend architectures for HTML5 games.
Select and integrate appropriate technologies and frameworks.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Passion for game development and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with popular front- end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of backend development concepts and technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, SQL databases).
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Experience with game engines (e.g., Phaser, Unity, Construct 2) is a plus.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
A strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
Experience with mobile game development.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
