Maintain and develop close relationships with domestic financial institutions.
Organizational management and development of internal governance systems.II. Detailed Job Description1. Advising and providing strategic direction for capital raising1.1. Advise on the development of capital raising strategies in line with the Group’s business plans, investment needs, and development objectives of the Group and project clusters.1.2. Advise on financial models and capital structure solutions.1.3. Implement capital raising activities with domestic financial institutions to finance project development, real estate investment and business activities, and the Group’s working capital requirements.2. Advising on the development of bank partnership programs2.1. Develop plans to expand and strengthen partnership programs with banks and partners.2.2. Implement partnership programs with financial institutions to support contractors, customers, and homebuyers/borrowers.3. Controlling the fulfillment of commitments related to capital raising3.1. Direct, monitor, and coordinate with relevant Departments/Divisions to ensure compliance with post- disbursement commitments with financial institutions.3.2. Oversee the preparation and submission of reports as required by financial institutions.3.3. Monitor and update regulatory changes; advise on policy adjustments related to capital raising activities and bank partnership programs to optimize financial efficiency.4. Maintaining and developing relationships with domestic financial institutions4.1. Build and strengthen relationships with domestic financial institutions to support capital raising activities.4.2. Monitor and update market information on investment demand and disbursement trends of financial institutions, as well as professional and stock market assessments of the Group and its shares; provide early warnings of any adverse perceptions that may affect the Group’s brand.
Advise and provide strategic direction for the development of capital raising strategies.
Advise on the development of bank partnership programs.
Monitor and control the fulfillment of commitments related to capital raising activities.

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing corporate operations, investment activities, finance, banking, and accounting.
More than 12 years of relevant experience as Head department / Director level in real estate, investment banking or securities company
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a strong advantage.
In- depth knowledge of Banking and Finance, Financial Markets, Securities Market, and Capital Markets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking, or Business Administration.
