Future Leaders Program

Our Client is a specialized hospital in Hanoi, with a wide partnership with large hospitals in Vietnam and in the Region. The Future Leaders Program offer successful applicants 12-month-journey of extensive experience where you will be exposed to:
- Acquire knowledge from experts and from international colleagues
A club is organized for Future Leaders to learn from guest speakers on different topics as well as learn from their colleagues who are working in other departments. You will have opportunity to interact with colleagues from other countries within the Integrated Cancer Centres (IOC) systemi and visit Hospitals in Vietnam, Hospitals and networks in other countries in the region. Working with domestic and international colleagues.
- Join 2:1 Training Program
Each Future leader will be assigned an instructor and a colleague in the department to support throughout the program period.
- Work directly with the Board of Directors
The program will be full of opportunities and challenges for you to go beyond your limits. You will have chance to work with high-level management and learn from their experience.

• University degree with distinction
• Less than 2 years of working experience
• Fluency in English communication
• Career-oriented in healthcare industry
• Eager to learn, creative, superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Logical thinking and excellent project management skills
