- Control Office Equipment, tool and furniture
- Support to organize Company’s events such as: Year-End party, Company Tour, Family Day…
- Management of Company Apartment for foreigners and rental cars
- Phone management & Taxi Control
- Make Visa/Residence Card & Work Permit for foreigners
- Other assignments by the leader of Administration Dept.
- Implement Social Insurance procedures for employees;
- Support Purchasing Manager to implement purchasing works based on Job protocol and Purchasing Policy
- Control Office stuffs/stationery….

- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Graduated from University such as: University of Foreign Trade, University of Foreign Languages, Law University…...
- Age <= 27 years old
- Knowledge on Labor Law, Law on Insurance ….;
- Passionate, reliable and can work under pressure;
- Ability of working independently and teamwork;
- Fluent in 4 English skills (or TOEIC equivalent to 700 score at least)
- Have working experience related to Administration, Human Resources and Purchasing works

- To work in professional and international working environment.
- To have stable job with competitive salary and bonus at the end of fiscal year based on work performance.
- Working time: 8:00am ~ 5:00pm (Mon ~ Fri) and 8:00am ~ 12:00pm (Sat) & 2 monthly Saturdays off
