Ga Supervisor

- Fire-Fighting management:
+ Ensure company complies all regulations
+ Ensure Internal Fireman team is updated monthly
+ Ensure all Fire-Fighting equipment is maintain in a Good quality & available to use
+ Ensure Internal Fireman team is practiced at least twice a year
- Security
- Environment management: ensure company complies all regulations
+ Emergency situation training & control
+ Security Service quality control
+ Ensure Asset&039;s safety
- Intellectual Properties
+ IP registration
+ Official Gazzette checking
+ Indentifying IP which need to register
- Law compliance
+ Work with Law firm for Law compliance
+ Ensure all legal breachs are identified & improved timely
- Health & Safety: Ensure safety work place for all employee
- Do all task which is assigned by manager.

* Qualifications / specialization:

- Good command in English

- Fluency in office computer (Microsoft Office).

- University degree specialized in Law/Business Administration

* Skills:

- Good communication.

- Organizational and supervisory skills.

- Planning skill

- Analytical, collective and making report skills

* Experience:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar position.

* Personal Qualities:

- Honest and enthusiastic in working.

- Creative at work

- Ability to work under high pressure at work.

* Have knowledge of ISO, CGMP.

*** Working conditions:

Workplace: Lot 01-1, 01- 2, 01- 3, 01- 4, D6 Street, Phuoc Dong Industrial Zone, Don Thuan Commune,Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)
