Role overview
Ensure visual consistency and high- quality execution across all game art.
Lead the visual direction and creative strategy across Hopper’s mobile games;
Define and maintain a clear artistic vision that aligns with product goals and market positioning;
Key responsibilities
Define, maintain, and elevate the overall look and feel of games to ensure strong visual consistency, high aesthetic quality, and competitive market positioning;
Lead, mentor, and guide designers and artists, establishing efficient workflows, resource planning, and clear cross- team communication;
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Game Designers, Game Developers, and other Game Artists to align artistic decisions with gameplay, usability, and production constraints;
Drive strong visual standards that enhance player experience and elevate the marketability of games in a global, competitive mobile landscape;
Conduct ongoing research into top- performing mobile games, market trends, and regional visual preferences to inform creative direction;
Own the end- to- end visual and UIUX direction across the mobile games, from early concept through final release, setting clear standards for usability, clarity, and visual polish;
Proactively explore, evaluate, and apply AI- powered tools and workflows to improve creative output, production efficiency, and visual quality across the art pipeline.
Review, refine, and approve all visual deliverable, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and effectively support player engagement goals;

REQUIREMENTS
Experience reviewing and guiding work across multiple domains, including UI, concept art, animation, VFX, and marketing assets;
Proactive problem- solver who anticipates challenges and drives visual innovation;
Efficient in managing multiple game portfolios while balancing speed and quality;
Communicating in English is required.
Strong hands- on background in core art production, with solid mastery of standard artist workflows;
A portfolio demonstrating leadership in visual direction is required;
Proficiency in industry- standard design and prototyping tools;
Vision- driven creative leader with strong ownership and sound decision- making skills;
Strong understanding of mobile game art styles, usability patterns, and UI frameworks;
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Mobile Game Industry, with at least 3 years in an Art Director or Art Lead role;
Able to clearly communicate direction, justify creative choices, and align teams around a unified vision;
