KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of game genres and trends in gaming is a plus.
Knowledge about art concepts and the environment.
A strong understanding of UX, specializing in mobile games is a plus.
Solid knowledge of the principles of 3D models is a big plus.
Knowledge of visual language: texture, color theory, dimension, scale, perspective, shade, composition depth of field, proportion, spatial awareness, movement, lightning.
Academic background in art, design, or equivalent programs.
Knowledge of zoology, layout design, texturing, and asset creation.
User experience- related certification is a plus.
Possess a good understanding of design standards and visual hierarchy.
SKILL:
Can use Unity to design animations & video effects is a big plus.
3+ years of experience in the mobile game industry.
Able to set art styles for new games or keep up with existing projects.
Strong drawing skills, ability to visualize and design digital painting and illustration from abstract ideas.
Good at written & spoken English.
Able to work on all aspects of the game from the concepts, UI, VFX, icons, and logos, models to optimizing assets.
Able to create simple models by using Blender or other tools.
The ability to create sound effects, conduct audio mixes, and design is a big plus.
Experience in a 3d model is a big plus.
Proficiency in using design tools (Photoshop, Blender, 3d tools, etc...).
Able to independently research and create quality solutions to problems.
ABILITIES:
A strong interest in Hyper Casual, Casual games art is a plus.
Organizational and analytical ability, and problem- solving skills.
Grow mindset: Can- do attitude, learning spirit, persist in the face of setbacks.
Strong Emotional Intelligence is a big plus.
Willing to share ideas and knowledge.
Possess the spirit of pioneer, creative and unique thinking.
Communicate effectively with other team members (strong communication skills).
Good artistic eyes and pay attention to detail.
Ability to take on constructive criticism and deliver amendments based on feedback.
A love of playing mobile games and sensitivity to the user experience is a plus.
