Position Summary: The Game Attendant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of gaming machines and providing excellent guest service on the gaming floor. This role involves monitoring gaming activities, assisting guests with the operation of gaming machines, resolving minor technical issues, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. The Game Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and supporting overall gaming operations.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor the gaming floor and ensure that all machines are functioning properly; report any technical issues to the technical team or Supervisor.
Report any suspicious behavior or activities to the Supervisor or security team.
Assist in monitoring guest behavior to ensure responsible gaming practices are being followed.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting for gaming machines as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gaming floor, ensuring all areas are tidy and safe.
Ensure proper documentation and record- keeping of guest interactions, machine payouts, and any issues that occur during shifts.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor technical or service issues with gaming machines.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies at all times.
Assist guests with the operation of gaming machines, ensuring they understand how to play and feel comfortable.
Help manage payouts for gaming machine wins and ensure accurate record- keeping.
Provide information on current promotions, gaming rules, and loyalty programs.
Support gaming promotions, tournaments, and special events by helping set up and assist guests during these activities.

Requirement:
Basic troubleshooting skills for handling minor technical issues with gaming machines.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by gaming operations.
Basic understanding of gaming machines, operations, and regulations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or gaming is an advantage.
