Game Creative Project Manager – Korean Speaking

Plan video and playable ad creatives and establish advertising strategies.
Discover new ad creative ideas, benchmark competitors’ ad materials, and analyze market trends.
Work closely with the creative production team, UA team, and development team to produce optimized ad creatives.
Analyze the performance of past ad creatives and develop future execution plans based on the findings.

Korean language proficiency TOPIK level 6 (required)
A “hacker mindset” with a tendency to deeply dive into one subject.
Frequent consumer of short- form content such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with curiosity about both results and root causes.
Comfortable working in a self- directed environment and able to work in a well- organized manner.

Ability to communicate in business- level English.
