Game Designer

Job Overview:
Nekoverse is a Metaverse in the form of a MMORPG Blockchain Game built on Solana. We are a hyper ambitious game studio, wanting to make a globally recognizable game with unparalleled experience of an open economy. We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to participate in the development of the game.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop the original concept for Neko game
Conceive every element of the game including rules, setting, objects, weapons, etc,
Write storyline, character bios, dialogue, plot points, game objective
Work with programmers to design the back end of the game
Design gameplay’s balance
Direct action sequences
Ongoing development and versions of the game
Work with Quality Assurance, and follow up on feedback
Define the user experience
Storyboard the action of the game
Construct level structure
Generate the Game Design Document (GDD)

Requirement:

Takes accountability and ownership of designs from start to finish.
Critical-thinking
Knowledge and passion for gaming, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency.
Excellent mathematical logic.
At least 2-3 years experience in game design in multiple games (with mid-core game is an advantage)
High proficiency with Excel, Google Apps, Confluence, and JIRA
Good English reading and writing skills (Equivalent to ielts 6.5+)
Strong knowledge of retention, engagement, and how to design for different player segments.
2 year+ experience with unity engine
