Game Operation

Monitor industry trends and research competitors to propose improvements and innovations for the game.
Plan, execute, and monitor in- game events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; provide strategic recommendations.
Address player issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective support.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance features, content, and gameplay, increasing player engagement and retention.
Build, manage, and develop the entire game community.
Monitor and prevent fraudulent activities, hacking, and violations of game rules.
Balance in- game economy: Analyze and adjust the value of in- game items, currency, or rewards to ensure balance within the game.
Ensure smooth game operations, monitor and optimize player experience.

Experience with at least 1- 2 mobile game products, preferably online casual or puzzle games like match3, bubble, shoot, Tetris.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use analytical tools for decision- making.
Creativity and innovative thinking to improve the game.
Understanding of match3 game mechanics and current industry trends.

Salary: Up to $1,500 (negotiable based on qualifications).
