- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and all stakeholders (executives, marketing, publishers), ensuring transparent communication and managing expectations.
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Own and evangelize the game&039;s vision, strategy, and business goals. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns the team and stakeholders on the path to launch and beyond.
- Manage the Product Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, translating high- level concepts into clear, actionable user stories for the development team. Your prioritization will be the single source of truth for the team&039;s work.
- Lead within an Agile Framework: Drive the development process by leading sprint planning, reviewing and accepting completed work, and adapting the plan based on feedback and new insights to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maximize Business Value: Act as the voice of the business and the player, making critical decisions about which features will deliver the highest return on investment (ROI) and player satisfaction.

- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the F2P or premium games market, player motivations, and current industry trends.
- Business Acumen: A data- driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, conduct market research, and make strategic decisions that impact the game&039;s commercial performance.
- Agile Proficiency: Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proven experience managing a product backlog and leading development sprints.
- Experience: 3- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Producer role within the game industry, with at least one shipped title.
- Decisive Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven ability to unite teams and stakeholders behind a single vision.
