Game System Designer (Bangkok based)
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
Building levels and environments
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay
Developing the storyline, character back- stories, and dialogue, through scripts and storyboards, including any relevant research
Work closely with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designers to optimize the player interface
Requirements:
Flexible, self- disciplined, highly motivated, and committed to achieving the final game result and company goals
Solid knowledge of Game Design, including mechanics, level design, UI/UX, and game reward systems
Minimum 3 years of Game Design experience with a strong passion for games design, including knowledge of market trends and retro gaming
Proficient in game design tools like Cocos Creator, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms
Proven track record as a Game Designer with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects, ideally including games for young children or educational games
Familiarity with mobile devices hardware, platforms, software technologies, and techniques
