Receive, verify, and reproduce issues reported by users, and handle user feedback from various channels regarding in- game problems.
Log and report bugs with detailed descriptions and clear steps to reproduce them.
Review and analyze game design documents to identify testing needs and requirements.
Re- test previously reported bugs to confirm they’ve been resolved and ensure no new issues have been introduced during updates.
Play and test games to detect bugs, performance issues, and other errors, ensuring the game functions as intended.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and suggest testing improvements to enhance product quality.
Make sure the game complies with platform- specific standards and passes all necessary certification processes.
Create and manage test cases and test scripts to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge

Previous game testing or QA experience is preferred, but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
Basic understanding of game development and software testing methodologies
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or completed training in a related role
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems is a plus

Skills

Ability to give clear and concise feedback to developers and team members
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
An analytical mindset with attention to detail in detecting and reporting bugs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Market research and insights gathering capabilities
