Gardener & Beach Maintenance

Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Maintain grounds features, flower beds/baskets, trees, shrubs, and lawns.
Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
To make sure the all tools and equipment are used correctly
Mix, prepare, and apply fertilizer and chemical solutions in order to control pests, weeds, or plant disease.
Place orders for plants, new and replacement equipment, or supplies.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
To monitor maintenance and condition of sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and cleaning of equipment, to report defects of the same and to initiate and follow up appropriate rectification
To make sure all defect things are reported and follow up
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g., to identify defects).
To make sure the beach flag warning, it is raised as per the weather condition
To check and monitor that set- up of beach areas is in accordance with hotel standards
To perform any other duty / duties that may be assigned to him / her by their superior
To make sure all services are provided to the guest as per the hotel standards
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

- Good communication skills in English
