Garment Factory Manager

Ensure compliance with client requirements and take steps to prepare for clients audits to achieve client&039;s highest satisfaction.
Collaborate with related parties on high- risk cases regarding production and quality issues or any other challenges that may arise.
Monitor shipment status and work with factory team to ship on time and on the right order quantity from client.
Other tasks as time calls for.
Review allocation per product type and fill rate of production lines and ensure capacity requirements are met. Pay close attention to issues regarding over capacity and shortage of orders and provide solutions in coordination with other departments.
Planning for labor allocation and utilization according to operational requirements
Evaluate factory performance, oversee the implementation of SOP, improve effectiveness and efficiency in pillars such as safety, quality, delivery, cost and people capability, material utilization.

Experience in managing large number of labor force from 1500 employees above is preferred.
A team player with high level of adaptation
Management experience from 8 years and above is an advantage.
Graduate from university with major in Business Management, Operations management, industrial engineering or similar subjects
Good command of MS office and ERP system
Good command of English
Local Vietnamese with experience at similar roles in garment manufacturing
