Garment Mechandizer - Nhân Viên Quản Lý Đơn Hàng

* Working with Esquel Group Sale to proceed bulk order:
- About order loading and production lead time
- Sample information, tech pack, full size spec, … and feedback/ or proposal structure as needed
- Issue job order when got booking information from EEL Sale for order confirmation
- Check style’s trims requirement to issue trims list and no fail TNA
* Deal with Internal Factory:
- Ordering fabric
- Make sure F’ty understand all any Buyer’s manual/ WIP submission and any their updating/ changing
- All BULK issued related to order such as quality/ delivery…need to be settle and verified before working with Buyer to get approval
- Follow up production issues during production process and be the coordinator to solve the issue immediately to avoid any production interval
- Coordinate and control information, documents, and materials in – out to other department to make sure information flows smoothly and materials used effectively
- Work closely with Sales and fabric mills to make sure about production lead time and material readiness
- Coordinate with related departments to optimize resources utilization
- Follow up all the activities of production planning, raw materials using, finished good storage and shipping
* Monitor other key performance indicators
* Manage the continuous improvement of own tasks
* Make reports to direct supervisor/ manager if requested

- Bachelor’s degree in business, foreign trade, finance, Garment and textile, technical engineering…
- Experience in Production Planning/ Merchandiser/Supply chain management
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, leadership and communication skills
- Good analytical skill
- Able to do detailed job
