Meet the challenges of coordinating all the operational aspects of garment product development, from end to end including:
• Identify and resolve any issues to meet the customer’s requirements
• Track all sample stages to make sure Customer needs are being met
• Follow critical paths to ensure key deadlines are met for on time delivery
• Take all actions necessary to ensure high quality garments meet or exceed customer expectations
• Continuous contact with our customers, from first sample to delivery of bulk garments
• Liaise with customers in Australia and all suppliers of accessories during the all the development, manufacturing and shipment stages

Your skills and background:
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal
• Proven organizational skills and committed to ensure deadlines and standards are met
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Previous experience in high end Fashion
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Developer
• Excellent garment construction skills and technical competence
• Ability to work as part of a team but with initiative and a willingness to work independently when required
